Privacy Policy

ARISE Gaming Zone is a PlayStation 5 lounge at 2nd Floor, Plot 14 (above Jawa Foods), College Road, Sector C2, Township, Lahore 54770, Pakistan. This policy covers this website and the customer accounts we keep at the counter.
1. This website collects nothing
There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party scripts of any kind.
We set no cookies, and nothing is written to your browser's local storage. That is also why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to ask you to consent to.
Our fonts are served from our own server rather than from Google Fonts, so simply reading this page does not tell any other company that you were here.
2. The booking form does not send us anything
When you fill in the booking form, nothing is transmitted to us and nothing is saved. Your browser assembles the details into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with it ready to send. Until you press send in WhatsApp, we have not received anything and no record exists.
Once you do send it, the message sits in WhatsApp like any other message, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
3. What we hold if you have an account with us
Playing here means we open an account at the counter. On our own system, kept on our own premises, we store:
- your name and mobile number
- a scrambled form of your PIN, which we cannot read or recover
- your credit balance, purchases and a record of your visits
That is the whole of it. We ask for nothing else, because nothing else is needed to run an account and sell you time on a console. We do not ask for your address, your CNIC, your date of birth or your email.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your information, to anyone, ever.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use it to profile you or target advertising at you.
- We share it only where the law requires us to — for example a lawful request from an authority.
5. Leaving this site
Our links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps are ordinary links, not embeds — nothing from those companies loads while you are on our pages. Once you follow one, you are on their service and their privacy policy applies, not ours.
6. Seeing or deleting what we hold
Ask us. Speak to staff at the counter or email arisegamingzone@gmail.com and we will tell you what is on your account, correct anything wrong, or delete it.
Deleting your account also removes any credit still on it. If you have a balance, spend it or ask us about it before you ask us to delete the account.
7. Children
Under-16s are welcome, and we would rather a parent or guardian opened the account and gave us the mobile number. If you are a parent and would like to see or remove what we hold about your child, ask us and we will do it.
8. Where this stands legally
Pakistan has no comprehensive data protection statute in force at the time of writing; the Personal Data Protection Bill remains a draft. This policy is not written to satisfy a particular law. It describes what we actually do, so that you can decide whether you are comfortable with it.
9. Changes
If this changes we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version always lives at arisegaming.zone/privacy.
